换热单元的生成频次对换热网络优化有直接的影响,分析其机理可以指导求解算法的改进。本文采用节点非结构模型及强制进化随机游走算法,通过设置不同的换热单元生成概率与生成个数以改变换热单元的生成频次,观察并记录个体在优化过程中产生的年综合费用变化情况。发现不同生成频次下整型变量和连续变量的相对优化频率发生了变化,从而改变了整体优化过程,并且与个体当前优化状态不适应的生成频次会造成相对优化频率不平衡、优化结果较差。基于此,本文提出了一种具有生成参数动态调节策略的换热单元生成方式,在优化过程中根据个体状态实时调整换热单元的生成概率与生成个数,平衡整型变量与连续变量的相对优化频率。最后,采用15SP、10SP和20SP算例进行验证,换热网络的年综合费用较文献结果分别下降了1.06%、0.16%、0.68%,验证了该策略使得换热单元的生成频次更为合理,有效地提高了算法的优化效率。  相似文献

In this study, the effect of processing parameters on surface roughness and macro surface characteristics was analyzed during the machining of Ø30 mm and 300 mm aluminum alloy AA5083 abrasive water jets. As the processing parameters (up to 10 mm min−1, 15 mm min−1, 20 mm min−1 and 25 mm min−1), abrasive flow rate (50 g min−1, 150 g min−1, 250 g min−1 and 350 g min−1), the lathe chuck rotational speed (25 min−1, 50 min−1, 75 min−1 and 100 min−1) and the nozzle approach distance (2 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm and 11 mm) were used in experiments. In experimental studies, the pump pressure (360 MPa) was used as a constant, in the form of an abrasive Garnet (100 mesh), and the nozzle diameter as 0.76 mm. According to the findings, the best results in terms of surface roughness were obtained as a result of turning speed and abrasive flow rate. When the macro surface characteristics were examined, it was found that the lathe chuck rotational speed increased, the rate of nozzle progression was low, the rate of abrasive flow was high and the nozzle approach distance was lower and the smoother surfaces were obtained.  相似文献

The quality of the machined surface resulted from the electrical discharge machining (EDM) environment is not efficient according to the previous studies. One of the significant problems is the impedance of dielectric fluid, where it is contributing to focusing the plasma channel in a limited area. Hence, this behavior leads to appearing deep craters on the machined zone. The researchers have attempted to enhance the average of surface roughness by employing powder particles or surfactant as the additive materials in the dielectric fluid. Unfortunately, these studies did not present a comparison between these additive materials in this environment. Therefore, the present study aims to compare the performance of the average of surface roughness (Ra) for AISI D2 steel by utilizing Nano chromium powder (NCP) and Span-20. The present work has proved that the behavior of the average of surface roughness for this steel is dropping at the maximum level of Nano chromium powder concentration and pulse duration as compared to the behavior with the Span-20. Moreover, the best roughness was produced by this steel with Nano chromium powder at 2 g/L and 20 μs for this powder and the pulse duration.  相似文献

合成流量法对下游站流量作出预报的关键是确定各上游站流量到达下游站的时间。在实际中常采用平均传播时间,然而不同水情下真实传播时间与平均传播时间存在一定的差距,影响预报精度。对此,提出时间窗口概念,以平均传播时间为中心,向前、后各开一个时间窗口,用上游各站时间窗口内流量的线性组合表示其到达下游站的流量,以提高模型对不同水情的适应能力和预报精度。以三峡水库2009~2015年流量数据率定参数,以2016~2018年流量数据作为预报对象,试验结果表明时间窗口法能够显著改善预报精度。  相似文献

In this study,the low frequency electromagnetic casting(LFEC) technology was adopted to fabricate 2195 Al-Li alloy.The microstructure and solid solubility of as-cast 2195 alloys,as well as the second phase precipitation and tensile properties after aging,were investiagated and compared with the counterpart direct chill casting 2195 alloy.Our results indicate that LFEC can significantly improve the microstructure and metallurgical quality of as-cast alloy,and increase the number density of θ'(Al_2 Cu) and T_1(Al_2 CuLi) phases during aging treatment due to the enhanced solubilities of alloying elements.The tensile properties of 2195 aged alloy cast by LFEC were hence improved evidently.  相似文献

针对传统对跖Vivaldi天线的最低截止工作频率较高、增益较低和方向性较差的问题,文中设计了一种新型超宽带对跖Vivaldi天线。融合运用辐射极板开矩形斜槽、加载吸收电阻和寄生矩形贴片等一系列电磁调控措施,扩展了天线的低频工作带宽;采取在天线极板间加载椭圆寄生贴片的技术方式大幅提高了天线的方向性和辐射增益。最后给出了天线的设计流程,从电场分布和表面电流分布的角度揭示了天线的微观工作机制。仿真和实测结果表明:天线的工作频带为0.85~16 GHz(近20倍频程),相对带宽达180%,在3 GHz以上频段增益均超过10 dBi,并且具有较好的端射方向性,在超宽带无线通信、雷达探测、电子对抗和遥感遥测等领域具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Ion cyclotron resonance (ICR) cells provide stability and coherence of ion oscillations in crossed electric and magnetic fields over extended periods of time. Using the Fourier transform enables precise measurements of ion oscillation frequencies. These precisely measured frequencies are converted into highly accurate mass-to-charge ratios of the analyte ions by calibration procedures. In terms of resolution and mass accuracy, Fourier transform ICR mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS) offers the highest performance of any MS technology. This is reflected in its wide range of applications. However, in the most challenging MS application, for example, imaging, enhancements in the mass accuracy of fluctuating ion fluxes are required to continue advancing the field. One approach is to shift the ion signal power into the peak corresponding to the true cyclotron frequency instead of the reduced cyclotron frequency peak. The benefits of measuring the true cyclotron frequency include increased tolerance to electric fields within the ICR cell, which enhances frequency measurement precision. As a result, many attempts to implement this mode of FT-ICR MS operation have occurred. Examples of true cyclotron frequency measurements include detection of magnetron inter-harmonics of the reduced cyclotron frequency (i.e., the sidebands), trapping field-free (i.e., screened) ICR cells, and hyperbolic ICR cells with quadrupolar ion detection. More recently, ICR cells with spatially distributed ion clouds have demonstrated attractive performance characteristics for true cyclotron frequency ion detection. Here, we review the corresponding developments in FT-ICR MS over the past 40 years.  相似文献

Natural habitats are created and developed through pool-riffle sequences in rivers, while vegetation cover could play a critical role in the sediment transfer and its quantity and quality. In this study, the effect of vegetation cover on the flow structure in a pool-riffle sequence is investigated in a laboratory flume under bed formation to compare with non-vegetated cover. In this context, instantaneous point velocities were measured by ADV to determine averaged velocity, shear velocity, root mean square velocity, friction factor, Reynolds shear stress and turbulence intensities. Results showed that the vegetation cover increases the thickness of the wall law. Meanwhile, the length of the flow separation zone in the vegetated bedform is more than in the non-vegetated bedform. Variation in roughness coefficients may cause a new boundary layer in which local flow velocities decrease. In both cases (vegetated and non-vegetated bedforms), the momentum is mostly transferred by ejection and sweep phenomena between flow and bedform.  相似文献

在信息分组以连续时间规律到达系统的基础上,对于轮询系统中不同优先级的业务问题,提出区分优先级的两级轮询服务模型。首先,在该模型中,低优先级站点采用门限服务,高优先级站点采用完全服务;然后,在高优先级转低优先级时,将传输服务与转移查询并行处理来降低服务器在查询转换期间所耗费的时间,提高轮询系统的效率;最后,运用马尔可夫链和概率母函数的方法建立了系统的数学模型,通过对数学模型精确解析,得到了连续时间两级服务系统每个站点的平均排队队长和平均等待时间的表达式,精确解析出平均排队队长和平均等待时间的值。仿真实验结果表明:理论计算值与实验仿真值近似相等,说明理论分析正确合理。该模型既能保障低优先级站点服务质量,又能为高优先级站点提供优质服务。  相似文献

为探究锭子弹性管的减振机制,将其开螺旋槽部分作为矩形弹簧模型处理,建立了减振弹性管的抗弯刚度及底部振幅的理论数学模型,并利用MatLab仿真分析了减振弹性管关键结构参教与其抗弯刚度和底部振动特性的耦合关系,同时结合有限元仿真及模态测试得到弹性管各阶固有频率。研究结果表明:随着槽宽和圈数的增大,刚度降低,底部振幅增加;随着壁厚、螺距、螺旋升角、弹性模量的增大,刚度增加,底部振幅降低;弹性管固有频率和锭子系统共振频率区间一致,且工作频率有效避开了共振频率。  相似文献
